The primary objective of the Community and Economic Development department is to bring long term growth, collaboration, and engagement to our 19 Big Country communities. The continual economic development through job creation or retention and workforce distribution across all sectors including healthcare, education, manufacturing, and agricultural. The Community and Economic Development provides communities with opportunities to take advantage of Local, State and Federal programs to better enhance their citizens quality of life and advancement of the community.
